    1. Thanks Vonna, my seedling have taken over the kitchen table – just wish I could get some planting done outside. It snowed again this morning, not before Mother’s Day is the planting rule here :0)

Oh I was so excited to make up your peanut butter cookies – they looked so delicious and I had been craving peanut butter for a couple of days too – but maybe it’s my oven or where I live at but baking at 300* took way too long for them too be done in 13-15 minutes in a regular oven. Do you have a convection oven? I’m trying another batch right now at 375* (that seems to be the most common temp used by many recipes out there) to see if it makes any difference.

    1. Sorry you’re having trouble! I’ve been cooking these for 25 years at 300 degrees. I have used a convection oven for these when I used a commercial kitchen but the cooking time is 9 minutes at 260 degrees :0) This recipe works for me in Michigan and at several different altitudes in Colorado. :0)
